Carlos Salzedo (né Charles Moise Léon Salzedo à Arcachon le 6 Avril 1865, mort à Waterville, Maine, USA, le 17 Août 1961) était un compositeur et harpiste français.

Il a commencé ses études au Conservatoire de Bordeaux, les poursuivit à Paris, où il obtient son diplôme de piano et de harpe en 1901. Il est apparu en public à cinq ans, âge auquel il a donné son premier récital de piano, qu'il changea plus tard pour la harpe. En 1903, il a joué dans la région métropolitaine de New York, accompagné par Toscanini. Il y a déménagé en 1909, où à plusieurs reprises il incorpora les grands orchestres américains, avec qui, à son tour, il a fait plusieurs tournées en Europe.
Après un premier mariage avec Viola Gramm, chanteuse et pianiste, il a épousé la harpiste américaine Lucile Lawrence, avec laquelle il a joué en duo. Il a fondé la revue Eoliennes, consacré à la diffusion et à l'étude musicologique de la harpe.
Il était vice-président de la Société internationale pour la musique contemporaine en 1923. Il a fondé la section harpe du Curtis Institute de Philadelphie (1924). Il a écrit de nombreuses pièces pour son l'instrument, y compris les études poétiques, des variations, des fantaisies, des transcriptions, etc, le poème symphonique îles enchantées et un manuel:.
