Adolph (Adolf) Gollmick, né le 5 février 1825, à Francfort-sur-le-Main et mort le 7 mars 1883 à Londres, est un compositeur allemand.
Il a reçu sa première formation de son père, Carl Gollmick (1796-1866), écrivain et compositeur (lui-même fils de Friedrich Karl Gollmick, ténor et compositeur, 1774-1852), et effectue des études de violon avec Riefstahl et Heinrich Wolf. En 1844, il est allé s'installer à Londres et a donné son premier concert le 21 août aux Pape's Pianoforte Rooms. Il a été favorablement accueilli en tant que pianiste et violoniste, et il retourne en Allemagne en 1847 pour se perfectionner et organiser des concerts.
En 1851, il fonde et dirige la "Réunion des Beaux-Arts", et se marie en 1853 à Francfort, puis il retourne définitivement à Londres. En 1864, il crée la Westbourne Operatic Society et, en 1879, la Kilburn Musical Association. En outre, il a donné des concerts à Londres et dans les provinces anglaises, à Hambourg, à Francfort, etc.
Ses compositions comprennent les opéras Balthazar, exécuté en privé à Francfort, en 1860; The Oracle, joué au Bijou Theatre, Bayswater, 1864; Dona Costanza, au théâtre Criterion, 1875; The Heir of Lynne, cantate-opéra, à Dublin et St. George's Hall, 1877; The Blind Beggar's Daughter of Bethnal Green, cantate dramatique, Londres, Birmingham, etc., 1877; Une symphonie en ut mineur ; Un quatuor avec piano et un trio en ut mineur; des pièces de salon, comme Abschied, The Dripping Well, La Flatteuse; des transcriptions de Volkslieder allemand, diverses mélodies, etc.
