Charles Harford Lloyd (né à Thornbury le 16 octobre 1849 - mort à Slough le 16 octobre 1919) était un organiste et compositeur anglais.
Il a été formé à la Thornbury Grammar School et à la Rossall School. Après avoir reçu une bourse, il a déménagé à Oxford où il a étudié à Magdalen Hall. En 1872, il fut l'un des membres fondateurs du Oxford University Musical Club. En 1876, il remplaça Samuel Sebastian Wesley comme organiste à la cathédrale de Gloucester, où il dirigea également le Three Choirs Festival entre les années 1877 et 1880. Là, il a également dirigé la Gloucester Choral Society et la Gloucestershire Philharmonic Society. En 1882, il est retourné à Oxford où il a été nommé organiste de la cathédrale Christ Church. Il dirigea également l'Oxford Choral Society et, jusqu'en 1886, les Oxford Symphony Concerts. À partir de 1887, il a travaillé comme professeur d'orgue et de composition au Royal College of Music. En 1892, il est devenu l'instructeur du Collège Eton, un poste qu'il a conservé jusqu'en 1914, l'année où il a été nommé organiste à la chapelle royale de St James. En tant que professeur, il a eu de nombreux élèves, dont George Sinclair Robertson, Herbert Brewer, Frederick Kelly, Edward Dent et George Butterworth. Charles Harford Lloyd est décédé à Slough en octobre 1919.
